Biomass fuel & rice husk ash for export
Loose rice husk, densified pellets and high-silica rice husk ash (RHA)—sourced and documented for buyers in power, cement, steel and process industries. Specifications below are indicative; we issue a formal data sheet and contract assay per shipment.
Rice husk — loose bulk
Agricultural residue fuel for boilers and kilns where in-feed systems handle light, fibrous material. Typical uses include captive power, brick kilns, small-scale process heat and co-firing trials (subject to emission permits and ash management).
- Form: loose bulk; blower or grab discharge depending on port and truck rules.
- Moisture: target range agreed per season—buyers should state max acceptable moisture at discharge.
- Calorific value: varies with moisture and ash; we provide proximate analysis with each offer.
- Packaging: bulk vessel or containerised bulk (liner)—route-dependent from Karachi Port Qasim and other approved load ports.
Note: “Pallets” in trade often refers to pelletised fuel. If you need wooden shipping pallets only, specify in your enquiry—we focus on biomass pellets in the next tab.
Rice husk pellets
Densified fuel for automated feeders, larger boilers and industrial customers that need predictable handling and lower transport cost per unit energy versus loose husk.
- Diameter / length: per mill setup—common industrial sizes on request (e.g. 6–8 mm).
- Mechanical durability: we align with buyer durability and fines limits where referenced to known standards.
- Ash & chlorine: rice husk ash is high in silica; buyers in sensitive combustion systems should share fuel specifications.
- Applications: process steam, thermal oil, CHP and cement / mineral drying where permitted.
Rice husk ash (RHA)
Pozzolanic material rich in amorphous silica—used in cement and concrete partial replacement, geopolymers, refractory and industrial absorbents, subject to grade and processing.
- Grades: raw / controlled-burn / processed—matched to end use (e.g. SCM blending vs specialist silica products).
- Typical interest: cement plants, admixture blenders, export markets with documented silica content and loss on ignition.
- Documentation: mill certificates, XRF or third-party assay as agreed; REACH and importer rules rest with the buyer for EU/UK shipments.
Export from Pakistan
We structure FOB Pakistan or CIF key destinations subject to vessel line, HS classification and phytosanitary or customs requirements for the importing country.
- Load basis: quantity tolerances, laycan and surveyor appointment stated in contract.
- Regulatory: HS codes, permits and border measures change—confirm with your customs broker and our export team before fixing cargo.
- Carbon & sustainability: buyers in the EU, UK and other regulated markets may ask for GHG intensity or due-diligence data—see our GHG demand & verification overview and inventory support on the home page.
